Privacy Policy

Adriatic Digital is a one-person web design business in Houston, Texas, run by Leo. This page explains, in plain words, what this website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email leo@adriatic-digital.com and I will answer you myself.

What I collect

What you type in. When you book a call or fill in the questionnaire: your name, email, phone number, the time you picked, and anything you tell me about your business.
Payments. Card payments go through Stripe. I see that a payment was made and how much; I never see or store your card number.
How you found the site. Which page you opened, the site or ad link that sent you (for example a Facebook ad), and a random visit number your browser keeps only until you close the tab. None of that includes your name.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It lets Meta set cookies and record things like which pages you viewed and whether you booked a call. I use that to see which of my ads actually work, and so Meta can show my ads to people who have visited the site.

When you book a call, the site may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address and phone number, so Meta can match the booking to the ad you saw. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.

You can limit this by changing your Facebook ad preferences, by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser, or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.

What I use it for

To call you at the time you booked, and send the calendar invite and any changes to it.
To build your website and talk to you about it.
To take payment, and keep the records a business has to keep.
To see which ads and pages bring people in, so I spend less on the ones that don't.

I do not sell your information, and I do not rent or trade lists of customers.

Who else handles it

A few companies run parts of this site for me, and only get what their part needs: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (the database bookings are saved in), Resend (sending emails), Stripe (card payments) and Meta (ad measurement, as above). I would also share information if the law required it.

How long I keep it

As long as it is useful for the work we are doing together, and for as long as business and tax records have to be kept. If we never end up working together, you can ask me to delete your details at any time.

What you can ask for

Email leo@adriatic-digital.com to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I will do it and tell you when it is done.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
